Shipping Policy

During business day, orders paid for (payment confirmed) before 3:00pm shall be sent out on the same day. 

For those orders paid after 3:00pm, orders shall be send out on the following business day. Orders may take  2 - 3 days to reach to receiver, receiver's address play a very important role for all delivery, kindly provide complete (full) address once place order.

In the event the receiver's address is out of town, courier companies shall take 3 - 5 days to deliver the orders. 

West Malaysia

The delivery fees is based on order's weight. Free delivery will be provided for any purchases of  RM199 or and above in a single receipt.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) :

The delivery fees is based on order's weight. 

Others Countries:

Currently we just able to deliver within Malaysia only.

If item is found to be defective or unsatisfactory, kindly return it to Perfect Women's Headquarters within 7 days from the date of receiving and we shall refund you the full amount upon confirmation of error on our part to protect our customers’ interests.

NOT refundable for promotion items.
