Main Ingredients:
Blumea balsamifera, hempleaf negundo chastetree leaf, lemongrass, schizonepeta, eucommia bark, perilla leaf, mulberry twig, honeysuckle flower, kudzu root, heartleaf houttuynia, motherwort.
Instructions:
Pour 50ml herbal bath into 12-15 liters of boiled water, stir and let the mixture cool down (approximately 35-37°C). Directly bathe or clean body with a towel soaked.
Notes:
1. Bathing is allowed on the second day after childbirth when body is physically recovered. Tub bath is prohibited to avoid bacterial infection.
2. Do not take bath for too long, preferably 5-10 min. Ensure room temperature is appropriate during bath. Normal temperature is applicable but avoid using fan & air-conditioner.
3. After bath, immediately wipe body and put on clothes to prevent flu that will cause postnatal illness.
Precautions:
1. Used with caution for those allergic to herbs.
2. Do not apply directly on the perineal wound.
Storage:
Keep in a cool and dry place. Avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight.
